We reserve the right to refuse returns. That being said, The Hifi Farm’s ethos is founded on ensuring that we provide the best products and services to our customers and consumers. We go above and beyond to ensure the safety and efficacy of the things we sell and to ensure transparency and accurate expectations are set with our products prior to purchase.
We reserve the right to refuse refunds to avoid exploitation of our policy although nearly all unopened items returned within 24 hours of receipt (undamaged on the customer’s part) would qualify.
